Dr. Kirschbaum is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and earned his Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State University. He also completed advanced training through a one-year residency at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry, with a focus on implant dentistry, aesthetic treatment, and digital technology.
Originally from Sheldon, Iowa, Dr. Kirschbaum is passionate about helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. He takes a personalized approach to care, understanding that every patient has unique needs, goals, and comfort levels. His honest and relationship-driven style ensures patients are never pressured into unnecessary treatment.
Dr. Kirschbaum is excited to join the Belton Healthy Smiles team and serve the local community alongside a group of compassionate professionals. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and Greater Kansas City Dental Society, and stays current through ongoing continuing education.
Outside the office, Dr. Kirschbaum enjoys staying active, attending concerts and theater, exploring Kansas City, and spending time outdoors. He lives in the Crossroads neighborhood with his girlfriend and their two pets, Thor and Malikai. A proud Iowa Hawkeyes fan, he’s also involved in the Mission of Mercy, a nonprofit providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Luke Joliff is a graduate of UMKC School of Dentistry. He grew up in Topeka, Kansas and received his Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from the University of Kansas.
Dr. Joliff is passionate about building beautiful smiles and great relationships with his patients. Having practiced in Oklahoma and currently in Leawood, Dr. Joliff is excited to expand his care to the Belton and Raymore communities. As a member of the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association, and the 5th District Dental Society, he regularly pursues continuing education so that he can offer the most up-to-date procedures, techniques and technology in dentistry. Dr. Joliff always works tirelessly to provide the best care for his patients.
When not focusing on dentistry, Dr. Joliff loves watching movies, playing golf, and cheering on his beloved Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks. However, what Dr. Joliff enjoys most is spending time with his wife Taylor, daughters Margot and Louise, and their golden retriever, Mac.

Sarah has been a dedicated Dental Hygienist for over 5 years, bringing a gentle touch and a passion for helping patients feel at ease during their visits. Born and raised in the Raymore area, she takes pride in caring for the same community she grew up in. Sarah is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients while providing high-quality, personalized care.
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and being with her two golden retrievers. She and her husband, Colin, are also excitedly preparing to welcome their first child — a new adventure they are thrilled to begin!
Kristin has been a Dental Hygienist for 11 years and is passionate about creating genuine and meaningful connections with her patients. She takes a whole-body approach to care, focusing not only on oral health but also on how nutrition and lifestyle choices impact overall wellness. Her dedication to lifelong learning keeps her at the forefront of dentistry — she is currently pursuing certification in Myofunctional Therapy, which bridges oral function with overall well-being.
Outside the office, Kristin enjoys spending time with her daughters, whether they’re gardening, exploring the outdoors, or simply being together. She also loves cooking, reading, listening to podcasts, and diving into all things functional health. Kristin’s commitment to balance, learning, and whole-body wellness inspires both her professional care and personal life.
Cece brings over 23 years of experience as a skilled and caring dental assistant. She has a natural ability to help patients feel at ease, ensuring every visit is as comfortable as possible. Her warm personality and dedication to patient care make her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside of the office, Cecelia enjoys traveling, hiking scenic trails, kayaking, and attending live music events. Family time is especially important to her — she loves spending time with her two grandsons. At home, Cecelia is also surrounded by the company of her dogs and cats, who bring her plenty of joy and laughter!
Haley enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits, creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone she meets. Her friendly personality and caring approach make her a valued member of our team.
Outside of the office, Haley loves baking, spending time with her dog and cat, and hanging out with her nieces and nephews.
JoAnn grew up in Raytown, MO and is a graduate of Concorde Career College. With more than 30 years of dental experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our team. JoAnn loves building genuine connections with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.
Outside of the office, JoAnn enjoys reading, traveling, and crafting. Most of all, she cherishes time spent with her three children and two granddaughters!
Tessa grew up in Michigan’s Thumb region and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Baker College. With more than nine years of experience in the dental field, she is passionate about helping patients understand and maximize their insurance benefits, while also guiding them through their treatment plans with care and clarity. Tessa values building strong, lasting relationships and takes pride in supporting patients every step of the way.
Outside of the office, Tessa enjoys traveling, camping, attending concerts, and relaxing with a good book. Above all, she loves spending time with her partner, Anthony, and their two cats, Titus and Echo, who keep life entertaining.
